What time can I access my room?

Check-in: the room is available from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival

We are ready to welcome you until 10:00 PM. A telephone notification is required for any arrivals after this time.

Check-out: please allow us to make the rooms available to subsequent guests in the cleanest condition by vacating them by 10:00 AM.

These services are included on the day of arrival (starting from 10:00 AM) but not on the day of departure. Based on daily availability, we will be happy to let you use them for a small additional cost.

Simply communicate your arrival details at the time of booking or even later, and we will arrange the transfer. The rates for this service will be communicated at the time of request.

Restaurant entry times:

• BREAKFAST 7:45 – 9:45
• DINNER 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

We are sorry but we do not offer this service.

We are sorry but pets are not allowed in our facility.

At a distance of 150 meters from our facility, you can find a charging station for electric cars. Service not managed by the hotel.

Cots with side rails, bed guards, high chairs, small cutlery. Additionally, we have bottle warmers available upon request.

The reservation is confirmed if received in writing and followed by payment of a confirmation deposit via bank transfer or credit card. Immediately after making the reservation, you will receive an email confirmation of the completed booking with a summary of your stay.

Please understand that, in case of reservation cancellation before arrival or early interruption of the booked trip, the following cancellation penalties will apply:

• Free cancellation up to four weeks before arrival.
• In case of cancellation between the fourth and last week before arrival, the entire amount of the confirmation deposit will be retained.
• In case of cancellation in the week before arrival or early interruption of the booked trip, Management reserves the right to charge a penalty equal to the cost of the room up to a maximum of 3 days for accommodation only.

We recommend taking out travel insurance with your insurance company.

PAYMENT METHODS: cash, instant bank transfer or executed a few days before departure, debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
